A new Passivhaus home in High Wycombe is almost finished!

We’re designing a four-bedroom Passivhaus in the Chilterns AONB, within a built-up area of the green belt. The scheme carefully respects local character and aligns with the neighbourhood plan and the Chilterns Buildings Design Guide.

The new home replaces a small, inadequate dwelling, providing suitable family space while fitting the plot more appropriately and maintaining generous side gaps. The driveway layout is largely retained, with added hardstanding, and the front garden is replanted with wildlife-friendly native species. The rear garden remains a lawn and orchard, with a small side patio.
