Encouraging Curiosity Through Architecture
17.03.26
Last week, as part of Science Week at Lauriston Primary School, we had the opportunity to speak with Year 5 pupils about a career in architecture. The session prompted a wide range of thoughtful and perceptive questions about professional pathways and the role of architects in shaping the built environment.
The discussion offered valuable insight into how younger audiences engage with design and highlighted the importance of encouraging curiosity and critical thinking at an early stage. It was a rewarding experience to contribute to the school’s programme and to share perspectives on the profession.
